Chanay Ki Daal Ka Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Maida 500 gm
  • Chana daal boiled 100 gm
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Ghee for fry
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Grind chana daal, salt, cumin and onion seeds.
  2. Add ghee in maida, knead it and make balls.
  3. Then fill with daal mixture.
  4. Now make balls, mark cut, turn like cone and make balls.
  5. Then put ghee on tawa, roll balls and fry on tawa.

Chanay Ki Daal Ka Paratha is tasty paratha. Chana daal is grinded with spices. Then stuffed in maida balls and fried.
