Tamatar Aur Matar Ka Kut

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 8-10
  • Peas 1 can
  • Eggs 4
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Put oil and onion in pan and fry it.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and all spices and roast it.
  3. Then add tomatoes and peas and cook until it becomes paste.
  4. When paste is ready, add green chilies and mix it.
  5. Then bread eggs, put on sides gradually gradually, cover it and simmer it on low flame.
  6. When eggs becomes white and cooks, take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Tamatar Aur Matar Ka Kut is tasty dish. It is prepared with tomatoes, peas, green chilies and eggs. Cooked and serve with roti.
