Lachaydar Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef boti 1/2 kg
  • Chana daal 1 cup
  • Red chilies whole 8
  • Black pepper whole 6
  • Big cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon 1
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander whole 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg whites 2
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion rings chopped 3
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Wash beef and put in pot with water and chana daal.
  2. Also add red chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and salt and cook it.
  3. When beef and daal tender, put yogurt and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then cool it and chop in chopper.
  5. Now put in big bowl and mix rice flour, egg whites, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilies.
  6. Then grease hands, take little mixture, keep onion rings in center and make kabab.
  7. Make all kabab like this and shallow fry in frying pan.
  8. When golden brown, it is ready.

Lachaydar Kabab is delicious kabab. Beef & chana daal is cooked and chopped with spices. Then mixed with green vegetables. Then onion rings is filled in mixture, made kabab and shallow fried. You must try this recipe.
