Delhi Pulao Biryani Recipe

Ingredients:
- Meat 1/2 kg
- Coriander whole 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Ginger 1 inch
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
For Rice:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Plum 4-5
Direction:
- Cook meat with all ingredients and 4 cups water in pot on low flame for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
- When meat tender, separate meat from stock, strain stock and take it out in separate bowl.
- Put oil in other pot, fry onion until golden brown and take it out.
- Then put ginger garlic and all spices and roast it slightly.
- Now put tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander and salt, roast it slightly and add meat.
- Then add yogurt, green chilies, mint leaves and plum and roast until water of yogurt dries.
- Now add rice, cover it and cook it.
- When water dries, simmer it.
- Put fried onion when simmering.
