Baghdadi Zafrani Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Brown onion 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Red chilies whole 6
- Cashew nut paste 8
- Poppy seeds 1-1/2 tsp
- Coconut powder 1 tsp
- Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
Direction:
- Marinate mutton with yogurt, garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.
- Heat pan in oil and fry red chilies.
- Now put marinated beef and cook for 15 minutes.
- Now add remaining ingredients except saffron and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Then add saffron and simmer it for 5 minutes.
Baghdadi Zafrani Gosht is tasty dish. Mutton is marinated with yogurt & garlic paste and cooked with red chilies, saffron and cashew nut paste. Serve with rice.
