Warqi Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida 1-1/2 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water to knead
- Ghee as required
- Dry maida as required
For Filling:
- Eggs 3
- Onion chopped 1-1/2 cup
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Direction:
- Put maida and salt in bowl and knead with water.
- Now make small balls of it.
- Then spread ghee, sprinkle maida and cover it for 30 minutes.
- Then roll it.
- Now make samosa and fill with filling.
- Then fry in ghee.
Warqi Samosa is tasty samosa. It is prepared with maida and filled with eggs & green vegetables. Then fried in ghee and serve with sauce or ketchup.
