Tikka Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Shashlik sticks as required

For Garnish:

  • Lettuce as required
  • Cucumber as required
  • Tomato as required
  • Onion as required

Direction:

  1. Roast cumin seeds and carom seeds, grind it and take out in bowl.
  2. Put chaat masala, cream, yogurt, green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, yellow color and oil and mix it.
  3. Then put fish, mix it, skew on skewers and fried.
  4. Then garnish with onion, tomato, cucumber and lettuce leaves and serve.

Tikka Fish is delicious dish. Fish is mixed with spices, cream and yogurt. Then fried and serve with vegetables and chutney.
