Alamgiri Korma Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef boneless cubes 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onions 2
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Whole mix spices 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Boil almonds and pistachios and peel it.
- Now heat ghee in pan, fry onion until brown, take it out and grind it.
- Now add yogurt and keep it aside.
- Then put whole mix spices in this oil and crackle it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
- Now add beef and roast on high flame.
- Then add yogurt and all spices and cook it.
- Now add water as required, cover it and cook until beef tender.
- Korma leaves ghee, fry dry fruits with ghee, add in korma and mix it.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
Alamgiri Korma is delicious dish. Beef is cooked with spices and yogurt. Then dry fruits are added, mixed and serve with naan. You can make with mutton.
