Kerala Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida 2 cups
- Wheat flour 1/4 cup
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Direction:
- Put all ingredients except oil in bowl, mix it and knead it.
- Now cover it and leave for 2 hours.
- Then knead it again and make small balls.
- Now roll like paratha.
- Then fry in hot oil.
Kerala Paratha is popular South India dish. It is prepared with maida, wheat flour, milk and eggs. Mixed, made balls and fried.
