Tawa Murghi Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Red chilies 10 small
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Crushed coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed green chilies 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, vinegar, crushed coriander leaves, bat leaves, black pepper, turmeric, salt and green chilies for 1 hour.
- Now heat oil and put red chilies.
- When aroma comes, add ginger garlic, onion paste and tomatoes and roast it nicely.
- Then put marinated chicken and roast it.
- When water dries, add yogurt and coriander leaves and simmer it for 10 minutes.
Tawa Murghi Masala is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with ginger garlic, green chilies and spices. Then cooked with yogurt and serve with hot naan.
