Chicken In Nest Recipe

Ingredients:

• Chicken 300 gm
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Chopped onion 2 tbsp
• Tomato 1
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Beaten egg 1
• Rice stick noodles 1/2 packet
• Capsicum 1
• Mushroom slices 4-5
• Cream 1/2 packet
• Butter 4 oz
  
• Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
• Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
• Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
• Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Maida 1 tbsp
• Water 1/2 cup
• Milk as required
  

Direction:

1. Heat butter, put noodles, salt, white pepper, soya sauce, egg and cream and cook it.
2. Now put mixture in greased tray and bake for 15 minutes.
3. Now heat butter in other pan.
4. Then put maida and chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Then put mushroom, capsicum, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, sweet chili sauce, milk, 1/2 cup water, salt, black pepper and cream and cook it.
6. Then put chicken with sauce on noodles and serve with fries.
