Red Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomato paste 2 cups
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Bay leaves 2
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Onion paste 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies as required
Direction:
- Put onion paste, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and water in chicken and cook it.
- When chicken tender and water dries, close stove.
- Now heat oil in pan, put curry leaves, bay leaves, mustard, all spice powder, tamarind pulp and tomato paste and roast it.
- Then put boiled chicken and simmer it.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
Red Chicken Curry is delicious dish. It is prepared with chicken, tomato paste and tamarind pulp. Then cooked, topped with coriander leaves & green chilies and serve with raita & naan.
