Bamboo Shoots Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Chopped ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2-3
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Bamboo shoots 1 can

Direction:

  1. Put ghee in pan and fry chicken.
  2. When color of chicken changes, add ginger garlic, bamboo shoots and green chilies.
  3. When green chilies are soft and aroma comes, add tomatoes, black pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, all spice powder, red chili powder and salt and roast on high flame.
  4. When masala leaves oil, add coriander leaves and green chilies and mix it.
  5. Then take out in dish and serve.

Bamboo Shoots Chicken Karahi is delicious dish. Chicken is fried, mixed with bamboo shoots and green chilies. Cooked and serve with raita & naan.
