Bamboo Shoots Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Chopped ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 2-3
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 8-10
- Ghee 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Bamboo shoots 1 can
Direction:
- Put ghee in pan and fry chicken.
- When color of chicken changes, add ginger garlic, bamboo shoots and green chilies.
- When green chilies are soft and aroma comes, add tomatoes, black pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, all spice powder, red chili powder and salt and roast on high flame.
- When masala leaves oil, add coriander leaves and green chilies and mix it.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
Bamboo Shoots Chicken Karahi is delicious dish. Chicken is fried, mixed with bamboo shoots and green chilies. Cooked and serve with raita & naan.
