Chicken Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 10
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Egg whites 2
  • Green chili chopped 4
  • Bread slices 6
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Put garlic and black pepper in chicken, boil and shred it.
  2. Now cut sides of bread slices, soak it water for few minutes till soft and take out water.
  3. Then mix chicken, bread crumbs, break slices, red chili powder, black pepper, green chili, corn flour, rice flour, salt and egg whites nicely and leave it for a while.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry small small pakoray of mixture.
  5. When golden brown, take it out and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Chicken Pakora is tasty snack dish. It is prepared with chicken, bread slices, bread crumbs and green chilies. Deep fried and serve with ketchup.
