Thandai Phirni Recipe

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Almonds 1 cup
- Pistachios 1 cup
- Cashew nut 1 cup
- Melon seeds 1 cup
- Green cardamom 1 tbsp
- Fennel 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds 1 tbsp
- Rose water 1 tbsp
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Soaked rice 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Saffron 1 tsp
- Sugar 250 gm
Direction:
- Boil milk in pan.
- Then mix almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, melon seeds, cardamom, fennel, onion seeds, rose water, kewra, rice and black pepper.
- Now mix saffron and sugar and simmer it.
- Then take out in bowl and serve hot or cold.
Thandai Phirni is delicious sweet dish. Milk is boiled & mixed with nuts, spices & rice. Serve hot or cold.
