Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas boiled 300 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Small cardamom 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 to 1-1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Wash chickpeas, clean it and soak with soda.
  2. Then take it out, strain it, boil it and grind it.
  3. Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
  4. Then add chickpeas paste and roast it.
  5. Then make syrup of sugar in pan.
  6. Now mix chickpeas mixture in syrup, mix it and spread on tray.
  7. Then garnish with dry fruits.
  8. When cools, cut into squares and serve.

Arabian Halwa is delicious sweet dish. Chickpeas is boiled and roasted. Then garnish with dry fruits and served.
