Arabian Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chickpeas boiled 300 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Small cardamom 1 tsp
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1 to 1-1/2 cup
Direction:
- Wash chickpeas, clean it and soak with soda.
- Then take it out, strain it, boil it and grind it.
- Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
- Then add chickpeas paste and roast it.
- Then make syrup of sugar in pan.
- Now mix chickpeas mixture in syrup, mix it and spread on tray.
- Then garnish with dry fruits.
- When cools, cut into squares and serve.
Arabian Halwa is delicious sweet dish. Chickpeas is boiled and roasted. Then garnish with dry fruits and served.
