Murgh Cholay Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Whole mix spices 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Ginger, Green chilies, Coriander leaves for garnish
Direction:
- Heat oil, fry onion and take it out.
- Now mix onion and tomatoes and grind it.
- Then fry chicken in oil until golden brown and add onion & tomato paste.
- Then put red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice, whole mix spices, ginger garlic paste and salt and cover it.
- When chicken tender, put chickpeas.
- Then garnished with ginger, coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- It is ready.
Murgh Cholay is delicious and common dish in Pakistan. It is usually eaten in breakfast with hot naan. It is prepared in various methods.
