Baltimore Beef With Kashmiri Paratha

Ingredients:
For Baltimore Beef:
- Tenderloin beef 1/2 kg
- Red capsicum 1
- Green capsicum 1
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
For Kashmiri Paratha:
- Flour 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Water for dough
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori meethi 1/2 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Ghee for fry
Direction:
- For beef: Cut both capsicum into julienne.
- Now put cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste and all spice powder, put beef stripes and mix it.
- Heat oil, add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then toast red and green capsicum for 3 minutes.
- Cook beef for 10-12 minutes till meat tender.
- For paratha: Mix flour, 2 tsp ghee, salt, kasoori methi, cumin and coriander leaves in bowl.
- Knead soft dough and leave for 30 minutes.
