Mint Tea Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • Fresh cream 200 gm
  • Butter 20 gm
  • Green tea leaves 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Put cream and butter in pan and heat it nicely.
  2. Now put green tea leaves and mint leaves, simmer it and strain it.
  3. Then put dark chocolate and honey and mix it so that chocolate melts.
  4. Now cool it in fridge.
  5. Then make balls and roll in cocoa powder.
  6. It is ready.

Mint Tea Chocolate Truffles is amazing dish. Cream & butter is heated and mixed with green tea leaves, dark chocolate and honey. Then coated with cocoa powder and served.
