Mint Tea Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
- Fresh cream 200 gm
- Butter 20 gm
- Green tea leaves 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate 200 gm
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 1 cup
Direction:
- Put cream and butter in pan and heat it nicely.
- Now put green tea leaves and mint leaves, simmer it and strain it.
- Then put dark chocolate and honey and mix it so that chocolate melts.
- Now cool it in fridge.
- Then make balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- It is ready.
Mint Tea Chocolate Truffles is amazing dish. Cream & butter is heated and mixed with green tea leaves, dark chocolate and honey. Then coated with cocoa powder and served.
