Moroccan Nut Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chicken stock 500 ml
  • Green onion slice 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachios 50 gm
  • Raisins 50 gm
  • Peanuts 50 gm
  • Parsley 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry nuts.
  2. Now put rice in this oil and roast it slightly.
  3. Then put chicken stock, salt, black pepper and tara garam masala and cook it.
  4. When water dries, put parsley, fried nuts and green onion, simmer it and serve.

Moroccan Nut Rice is tasty dish. Nuts are fried and cooked with rice & chicken stock. Try this dish for some change.
