Cold Lemon Souffle With Orange Sauce

Ingredients:
- Eggs 3
- Lemon juice fresh 1/4 cup
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
- Gelatin 3 tbsp
For Orange Sauce:
- Water 2 cups
- Orange powder 5 tbsp
- Caster sugar 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
Direction:
- For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook until thick and close stove.
- Now take out egg whites.
- Beat egg yolks with lemon juice and sugar and cook on low flame.
- Then dissolve gelatin in water and add in yolks mixture.
- Then beat cream.
- Now fold cream and egg whites in egg yolks mixture.
- Now take out in dish and keep in refrigerator.
- Serve with orange sauce.
