Dahi Murgh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies chopped 8
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Lemons 4
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Bihari kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 cup
Direction:
- Mix all ingredients except ghee in big bowl and leave for few minutes so that masala is mixed nicely.
- Now mix ghee and cook it.
- When water dries, put 1 tbsp ghee on tawa and simmer it.
- You can give smoke of coal.
Dahi Murgh Kabab is delicious kabab. Chicken is mixed with yogurt, green chilies, lemon juice and bihari kabab masala. Then cooked and roasted on tawa or given smoke of coal.
