Crispy Fish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:
- Fish finger boneless 1/2 kg
- Oil for frying
- Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1 cup
Direction:
- Put soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chilies paste, cumin seeds, salt and egg in bowl and make batter.
- Now dip fish in batter and roll in sesame seeds and corn flour.
- Then fry in hot oil.
- It is ready.
Crispy Fish Fingers is delicious & crispy fish. Fish is dipped in sauce batter and coated with sesame seeds & corn flour. Then fried and serve with dip.
