Crispy Fish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fish finger boneless 1/2 kg
  • Oil for frying
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Put soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chilies paste, cumin seeds, salt and egg in bowl and make batter.
  2. Now dip fish in batter and roll in sesame seeds and corn flour.
  3. Then fry in hot oil.
  4. It is ready.

Crispy Fish Fingers is delicious & crispy fish. Fish is dipped in sauce batter and coated with sesame seeds & corn flour. Then fried and serve with dip.
