Shahi Badami Korma Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onions chopped 4
- Small cardamom 8
- Almonds chopped 10
- Ghee 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Mix chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and all spice powder in bowl.
- Heat ghee, fry onion until golden brown, take out half onion and spread on paper.
- When crisp, crush with hands and mix in meat.
- Put masala meat in pot, cover it and cook on low flame.
- When water of meat dries, roast it little and add 2 cups water so that meat tender.
- Ghee comes up, add almonds, poppy seeds, black cumin and small cardamom and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Serve with hot roghni naan.
Shahi Badami Korma is delicious dish. It is prepared with chicken, yogurt & almonds. Cooked and serve with roghni naan or plain naan. You can prepare it with mutton or beef.
