Achari Koftay Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Gram flour 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
For Gravy:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 3
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Fennel 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Curry leaves 20
Direction:
- For koftay: Chop all ingredients in chopper.
- Now make balls and keep it aside.
- For gravy: Heat oil in pan and fry all ingredients.
- Then put little water and koftay and simmer it on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Then put jaggery and vinegar and serve hot.
Achari Koftay is spicy dish. Koftay is prepared with mince, egg & yogurt. Then cooked with gravy and served.
