Delhi Ka Mutton Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Rice 350 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 12
  • Cloves 6
  • Cardamoms 6
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black pepper whole 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Star anise 4
  • Onion 2
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coal 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch

Direction:

  1. Put water in mutton and boil it.
  2. When meat tender, close stove.
  3. Now fry onion in other pot until brown.
  4. Then put cloves, cardamom, black pepper, ginger garlic, green chilies and tomatoes and roast it nicely.
  5. Now put water and cook rice for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Then put star anise, kewra essence and mint leaves and simmer it.
  7. Then give smoke of coal.
  8. It is ready.

Delhi Ka Mutton Pulao is delicious & tasty biryani. It is prepared with mutton, rice, tomatoes, mint leaves and green chilies. Cooked, given smoke of coal and serve with raita.
