Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts 3
- Parsley crushed 1/4 cup
- Eggs 3
- Cheese 1/4 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1
- Oil for fry
Direction:
- Cut chicken into long.
- Now mix remaining ingredients in bowl and make mixture.
- Then dip chicken in this mixture and fry it slightly.
Chicken Piccata is delicious Italian cuisine. Chicken breast is cut in width. Then dipped in eggs, cheese & milk mixture and fried. Serve with rice or pasta.
