Handi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 6-7
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dry milk 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required

Direction:

  1. Put onion, coriander leaves, green chilies,  ginger garlic paste, eggs, red chili powder, all spices, salt, dry milk, gram flour and bread slices in mince and mix it nicely.
  2. Now make kabab in oval shape and fry it slightly.
  3. Then put oil in pan, put onion and fry until light brown.
  4. Now put tomatoes, salt, red chili powder and turmeric and cook it.
  5. When tomatoes soft, put kabab and lemon juice.
  6. Then give smoke of coal on low flame.
  7. Then garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

Handi Kabab is tasty kabab. Beef mince is mixed with eggs, gram flour, bread slices, coriander leaves and green chilies. Then made oval kabab, fried, given smoke of coal and serve with rice or naan.
