Crispy Chicken Stick Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garlic finely crushed 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Maida 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp

For Deep Fry:

  • Maida 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

Other Ingredients:

  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Onion cubes 1
  • Carrot cubes 1
  • Cabbage 1
  • Skewers as required
  • Chaat masala for sprinkle
  • Oil for fry

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, soya sauce, garlic, egg, maida and corn flour for 8-10 minutes.
  2. For mixture: Mix maida, corn flour, salt, white pepper, red chili and water in bowl nicely and keep it aside.
  3. Soak skewers in water for 5 minutes.
  4. Now skew capsicum, onion, carrot, cabbage and chicken.
  5. Make all sticks like this.
  6. Then dip skewers in mixture and fry.
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Crispy Chicken Stick is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with egg and spices. Then skewed with vegetables in skewers, dipped in maida mixture and fries. Serve with sauce or ketchup.
