Coconut Chicken Tenders With Mango Dip

Ingredients:

For Dip:

  • Mango chunks 1 cup
  • Shredded coconut 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 pinch

For Coconut Chicken Tender:

  • Chicken 400 gm
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Coconut powder 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn starch 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken tender with salt, red chili powder and eggs.
  2. Now mix maida, coconut powder and corn starch in bowl.
  3. Then roll chicken tender in maida mixture, deep fry it and serve with dip.
  4. For dip: Put all ingredients in blender and make paste.

Coconut Chicken Tenders With Mango Dip is delicious dish. Chicken tender is marinated with red chili powder & salt and coated with maida & coconut powder mixture. Then deep fried and serve with mango dip.
