Lemon Chiffon Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
- Biscuit crumbs 2 cups
- Butter 2 oz
- Lemon jelly 1 packet
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Pineapple syrup 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Pineapple chopped 1 can
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
Direction:
- Mix biscuits and butter.
- Then dissolve gelatin and jelly in pineapple syrup.
- Then mixed in condensed milk and pineapple.
- Then fold lemon juice in cream.
- Then put in bowl and chill for 2 hours.
Lemon Chiffon Squares is delicious dessert. Base is prepared with butter & biscuits mixture. Condensed milk & pineapple mixture is poured on base and topped with cream & lemon juice mixture. Serve chilled.
