Ingredients:
- Flour 3 cups
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Water 3/4 cup
Direction:
- Knead flour with milk and water.
- Now add ghee and knead it nicely.
- Then make 8 small balls.
- Now sprinkle ghee and fry maida, roll it and fry it.
- Then serve with mince.
Warqi Paratha is tasty dish. Flour is kneaded with milk and ghee. Then fried and serve with mince.
