Chicken Royale Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast 2
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Mustard 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Chicken powder 1 tbsp
• Hot dog buns 4
• Ice berg lettuce 1 cup
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

For Batter:

• Maida 4 tbsp
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/4 tsp
• Salt and white pepper 1/2 tsp
• Egg 1
• Cold water for batter
• Fries to serve
  

Direction:

1. Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice, black pepper and mustard for 15 minutes.
2. Now dip in batter and deep fry it.
3. Then cut bun from center, heat it, spread mayonnaise, keep salad leaves and chicken and put mayo & ice berg mixture.
4. Serve with fries.
