Vegetable Tempura Recipe

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 150 gm
- Carrots 150 gm
- Capsicums 150 gm
- Onions 150 gm
- Salad leaves for serving
For Batter:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Crushed red pepper 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Cut potatoes, carrots, capsicums and onions finely slices.
- Put all ingredients of batter except oil in bowl and make thick batter.
- Then heat oil in pan, dip vegetables in batter and deep fry it.
- Then take it out and serve with salad leaves.
Vegetable Tempura is tasty side dish. Potato, carrot, capsicum and onion are cut into finely slices. Then dipped in gram flour & corn flour batter and deep fried. Serve with dip.
