Aloo Ki Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Coriander whole 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper whole 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Lemons 4
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Direction:
- Peel potatoes, cut it, heat oil in wok and deep fry it.
- Then heat oil in wok, put tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili and water, cook it and add fried potatoes when water dries.
- Then roast for few minutes, put lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger and serve hot.
Aloo Ki Karahi is delicious dish. Potatoes are deep fried. Then cooked with tomatoes, topped with lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves & gingers and serve with raita & naan.
