Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Dry dates 1 cup
- Pistachios roasted & crushed 1/2 cup
- Almonds roasted 1/2 cup
- Charoli 2 tbsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
Direction:
- Heat ghee in pan and fry vermicelli.
- Now add milk and dry dates and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Memoni Kheer Khurma is delicious sweet dish. Vermicelli is fried. Then cooked with milk, dry dates & nuts and served. You must try this recipe.
