Baajray Aur Gandum Ki Roti

Ingredients:
- Bajra flour 1 cup
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Put cumin powder, red chili powder, garlic paste and salt in both flour, mix it, add water and make paste.
- Now heat oil in pan.
- Spread batter on pan.
- When cooks from one side, turn it and cook from second side.
- Serve hot.
Baajray Aur Gandum Ki Roti is healthy roti. It is prepared with bajra flour and wheat flour. Cooked and serve with main course.
