Baajray Aur Gandum Ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Bajra flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Put cumin powder, red chili powder, garlic paste and salt in both flour, mix it, add water and make paste.
  2. Now heat oil in pan.
  3. Spread batter on pan.
  4. When cooks from one side, turn it and cook from second side.
  5. Serve hot.

Baajray Aur Gandum Ki Roti is healthy roti. It is prepared with bajra flour and wheat flour. Cooked and serve with main course.
