Murgh Chana Daal Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken (karahi pieces) 1 kg
- Chana daal boiled 1/2 kg
- Dry fenugreek 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Black pepper whole 1 tsp
- Tomatoes paste 1/2 kg
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
Direction:
- Heat ghee and put ginger garlic.
- When aroma comes, put chicken and roast it nicely.
- Then put tomato paste, dry fenugreek, turmeric, salt, cumin, black pepper and red chili and roast it nicely.
- Then add chana daal and cook for 20 minutes.
- When water dries, put green chilies and all spice and serve.
Murgh Chana Daal is tasty dish. Chicken is cooked with chana daal and tomato paste in ghee. Then topped with all spice powder & green chilies and serve with naan or rice.
