Pineapple Toffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Maida 1-1/2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Pineapple chopped 1 cup
For Topping:
- Coconut powder 1/2 cup
- Strawberry 3 tbsp
Direction:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Now beat oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and yogurt.
- Then mix maida, baking powder and salt and sieve it nicely.
- Then fold in eggs mixture and also add pineapple.
- Put cake mixture in mold.
- Then mix topping ingredients and spread on cake.
- Then bake it and serve.
Pineapple Toffee Cake is delightful dessert. Maida is mixed with eggs & yogurt mixture and pineapple. Then poured in mold, topped with coconut powder & strawberry mixture and baked.
