Ingredients:
For Steak Marination:
- Beef steak fillet 4
- Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mix herbs dry 1/2 tsp
For Chimichurri Sauce:
- Parsley fresh 1 cup
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1/3 cup
- Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Crushed dry red chilies 3/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Direction:
- Marinate beef steak with all ingredients for 1 hour.
- For sauce: Blend all ingredients nicely and keep it aside.
- Grill steak nicely and serve with sauce.
