Masala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 cup
- Mash daal 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For Stuffing:
- Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
- Oil 2 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 5-6
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 1
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves 200 gm
Direction:
- Boil potatoes and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan, put boiled potatoes, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Now mix salt and lemon juice, keep it aside and spread on dosa bread.
- Mix rice and daal and keep in jar.
- Then mix it nicely and make bread in pan.
Masala Dosa is tasty dish. Dosa bread is prepared with rice and mash daal. Stuffed with cooked potatoes & coriander leaves mixture, rolled and served.
