Masala Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 cup
  • Mash daal 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Stuffing:

  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 200 gm

Direction:

  1. Boil potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan, put boiled potatoes, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Now mix salt and lemon juice, keep it aside and spread on dosa bread.
  4. Mix rice and daal and keep in jar.
  5. Then mix it nicely and make bread in pan.

Masala Dosa is tasty dish. Dosa bread is prepared with rice and mash daal. Stuffed with cooked potatoes & coriander leaves mixture, rolled and served.
