Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Green chilies 200 gm
- Capsicum 100 gm
- Onion chopped 2-3
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Food color 20 gm
- Butter 250 gm
Direction:
- Boil potatoes and tomatoes.
- Heat butter in pan and put turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and onion.
- Now put boiled vegetables and food color and cook it nicely.
- Then serve with buns.
