Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 200 gm
  • Capsicum 100 gm
  • Onion chopped 2-3
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Food color 20 gm
  • Butter 250 gm

Direction:

  1. Boil potatoes and tomatoes.
  2. Heat butter in pan and put turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and onion.
  3. Now put boiled vegetables and food color and cook it nicely.
  4. Then serve with buns.
