Saffron Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- Rice 1 kg
- Saffron 20 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Bay leaves 1-2
- Nutmeg 4-5
- Ghee 1 cup
Direction:
- Soak rice for 30 minutes.
- Now heat ghee in pan and put bay leaves and nutmeg.
- Then put onion, water, saffron and rice and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Then cover it and simmer it.
Saffron Rice is amazing rice dish. Rice is cooked in ghee with saffron and simmered. Serve with achar or raita.
