Kulfa Saag Recipe

Ingredients:
- Kulfa 1 kg
- Keri slice 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
For Bhagar:
- Curry leaves 20
- Red chilies whole 4
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Onion 1/4 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
Direction:
- Put kulfa, keri, salt, turmeric, green chilies and water in pan and boil it.
- Now put cumin, coriander, mustard and fenugreek.
- Then heat oil and put bhagar ingredients.
- When brown, put garlic, curry leaves and red chilies.
- Now put boiled kulfa, fry it nicely and close stove.
Kulfa Saag is tasty & delicious vegetable dish. Kulfa is boiled with keri & green chilies. Then bhagar ingredients are fried, mixed with boiled kulfa, fried and served.
