Kulfa Saag Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Kulfa 1 kg
  • Keri slice 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek 1/4 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • Curry leaves 20
  • Red chilies whole 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  1. Put kulfa, keri, salt, turmeric, green chilies and water in pan and boil it.
  2. Now put cumin, coriander, mustard and fenugreek.
  3. Then heat oil and put bhagar ingredients.
  4. When brown, put garlic, curry leaves and red chilies.
  5. Now put boiled kulfa, fry it nicely and close stove.

Kulfa Saag is tasty & delicious vegetable dish. Kulfa is boiled with keri & green chilies. Then bhagar ingredients are fried, mixed with boiled kulfa, fried and served.
