Oats Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:
- Oats 2 cup
- Ghee 250 gm
- Brown sugar 250 gm
- Milk 2 cups
- Khoya 250 gm
- Coconut slice 1/2 cup
- Raisins 50 gm
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Almonds 50 gm
- Cashew nuts 50 gm
Direction:
- Heat ghee and fry oats.
- Now put milk, cardamom powder and brown sugar in other pan, cook it and make syrup.
- Now put oats and cook on low flame.
- Then simmer it for few minutes.
- Then put almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, coconut slice and khoya and serve.
Oats Ka Halwa is delicious dish. Oats is fried in ghee. Milk & brown sugar is cooked and cook with oats. Then khoya, nuts & coconut are added and served.
