Daal Kababi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chana daal 1/2 cup
  • Mash daal 1/2 cup
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • White cumin roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Oil as required

Direction:

  1. Soak chana daal and mash daal in lukewarm water.
  2. Then boil separate.
  3. Daal should be tendered.
  4. Now chop chicken mince and both daal in chopper.
  5. When it chopped nicely, mix remaining ingredients, knead it nicely, make kabab and shallow fry it.
  6. When golden brown, take it out and serve with chili garlic sauce.

Daal Kababi is amazing dish. Chana daal & mash daal are boiled and chopped in chicken mince. Then mixed with, vegetables, eggs & rice flour and kabab made. Shallow fried and serve with ketchup or sauce.
