Rose Water Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Caster sugar 1/3 cup
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Whipped fresh cream 8 oz
  • Egg whites 4
  • Gelatin 3 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Pink color few drops
  • Rose petals for garnish

Direction:

  1. Put water and sugar in small pan and dissolve sugar.
  2. Now close stove, put rose water and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Then beat cream, egg whites and sugar syrup.
  4. Then fold melt gelatin in cream mixture.
  5. Then put pink color, put mixture in bowl and chill it.
  6. Then take it out, garnish with rose petals and serve.

Rose Water Souffle is delicious & new dessert. Rose water is mixed with sugar syrup. Then sugar syrup is mixed cream & egg whites. Then pink color is added, chilled and garnished with rose petals.
