Kachey Keemay Ky Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
- Finely beef mince 1/2 kg
- Fat 50 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Green chilies finely chopped 3-4
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Grind mince with fat finely in machine.
- Repeat above step 2-3 times.
- For kabab: Put grinded mince and remaining ingredients except oil in bowl, mix it nicely and leave for few minutes.
- Now make kabab and fry in oil on low flame.
- Now set tissue paper in plate and put kabab on plate so that oil dries.
- Then put kabab on serving dish and serve with salad leaves, onion and tomato.
Kachey Keemay Ky Kabab is amazing kabab. Beef mince is grinded with fat. Then mixed with green chilies, coriander leaves, eggs, yogurt & bread crumbs and fried. Serve with sauce or chutney.
