Turai Aloo Ki Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:
- Turai 1 kg
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Garlic cloves 10
- Round chilies 10
- Green chilies 6
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Direction:
- Cut turai and potatoes finely.
- Now heat oil and put garlic and round chilies.
- When aroma comes, add potatoes and turai and roast on high flame.
- When water dries, turmeric, cumin, salt, all spice powder, tamarind pulp and green chilies chopped.
- Then simmer it for 10 minutes.
- It is ready.
Turai Aloo Ki Bhujia is tasty vegetable dish. Turai & potatoes are cooked with spices and green chilies. Then simmered and serve with roti. You can serve it in breakfast also.
