Chicken Aur Aloo Ka Kofta

Ingredients:

For Koftay:

  • Green chilies finely chopped 2
  • Chicken shredded as required
  • Egg whites 2
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Gravy:

  • Green chilies finely chopped 2
  • Fried onion finely crushed 3
  • Coriander leaves finely crushed 1 bunch
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For koftay: Make bhurta of potatoes.
  2. Now mix red chili, black pepper, coriander leaves, green chilies, rice flour and salt.
  3. Then grease hand, make koftay of mixture, dip in egg whites and fry in hot oil.
  4. For gravy: Heat oil, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and crisp it.
  5. Now mix yogurt, red chili powder, all spice powder and ginger garlic paste in crisp onion and put in pot.
  6. Then roast is slightly and spread fried koftay.
  7. Now roast it little, add 1 cup hot water and put fresh cream after 5 minutes.
  8. Then add coriander leaves and green chilies and serve hot with naan.

Chicken Aur Aloo Ka Kofta is delicious dish. Koftay is prepared with mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, rice flour & green chilies and fried. Then put on yogurt gravy, cream, coriander leaves & green chilies are added and served with naan.
